With 15+ years in multidisciplinary design, I bring a unique blend of creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking. Over the past five years, I’ve focused on UX/UI — a discipline that merges creativity with analytical precision, allowing me to craft solutions that are functional, user-focused, and impactful.

 
 
 
 

My Journey

I’m Francesca Martorelli, a UX/UI Designer and Digital Branding Specialist passionate about crafting user-focused digital products and design systems. My work blends creativity and purpose, solving real-world challenges with clarity and impact.

In 2019, I founded Above Brand, a sustainable multicultural beer brand that resonated with audiences for its innovative branding and packaging. I’ve collaborated with global brands like Google, YouTube, Nike, Nivea, Philips, Mercedes-Benz, and Unilever, refining my expertise in strategy and design.

My commitment to growth led me to complete the UI/UX Design Specialization at the California Institute of the Arts through Coursera in 2021, the Google Rare Leadership Academy in 2022 (as one of 70 globally selected for my unusual mind), and the 8 months General Assembly UX/UI bootcamp in 2023.

I believe in working purposefully, creating a better world, and fostering respect and connection in a society too often dominated by individualism.

I also love portrait photography, designing children’s books, interior design and hip-hop. Animated movies are my ultimate source of joy and inspiration.
